DIVA is DASAN’s support program to help solve software issues. Our customers can access the DIVA portal based on their SLA (Service Level Agreement) and register their inquiries online.
Once the issues are registered, our engineers quickly examine and present solutions to customers. For customers to check out the status in real-time, the system shows each process; from problem detection, code modification to tester verification and release. Also, we make sure that our customers always have a stable service by regularly supplying the latest software versions.
